We are willing to do all aspects of a modular home project including site survey, electric, dirt work, plumbing, foundation, well and septic system. We are not finished on a turnkey project until a certificate of occupancy is issued.

Scott Plaut is an entrepreneur. A New York native that grew up in a moderate-income housing and wants to give something back to the community.

Jim Dominic has over 30 years-experience in the residential construction and home building business and is a native of New Hampshire.
